DOCUMENT TYPE: Patent CA Section: 45 (Industrial Organic Chemicals, Leather, Fats, and Waxes) The title method comprises (1) dissolving industrially pure monoalkyl phosphate in an org. solvent to give a raw material soln., and mixing alkali with ethanol or isopropanol to obtain a neutralizing soln., (2) adding the neutralizing soln. into the raw material soln. slowly, reacting under continuous stirring to obtain a white ppt., and filtering to obtain the ppt. of monoalkyl phosphate salt, (3) adding the ppt. into a dild. strong acid soln., and acidifying under continuous stirring until the ppt. is reduced to phosphate ester, (4) adding an org. solvent, extg. by heating or at normal temp., standing for layering after extn., and taking out the oil-phase ext., and (5) distg. to recover the org. solvent, drying and pulverizing the solid to obtain high-purity monoalkyl phosphate. The wt. ratio of industrially pure monoalkyl phosphate to the solvent is 1:(1-2), the mol. ration of alkali to monoalkyl phosphate is 1:(0.8-1.5), and the wt. ratio of ethanol or isopropanol to industrially pure monoalkyl phosphate is (0.5-2):1. In purified monoalkyl phosphate, the content of the remaining acid is less than 0.In this experiment, several chemicals are used like 2958-09-0 and 3539-43-3 5 wt.% and that of the remaining alc. is less than 0.55 wt.%. The method has the advantages of simple process and high efficiency. .
