The LD50 value of II plus 2-isopropylphenyl methylcarbamate (III) [2631-40-5] (1:1) in N. cincticeps was 18.2 .mu.g/g, whereas that of benzo[b]thien-4-yl methylcarbamate (a comparison compd.) plus III (1:1) was 79.2 .mu.g/g.Except for chemicals metioned above, 1207-24-5 and 1129-41-5 are also used. .
