I also increased the effectiveness of 3.3-5.0 L Betanal [13684-63-4]/ha in sugar beets. I at 0.1% potentiated the effect of 3.0 L Nabu [74051-80-2]/ha on couchgrass as effectively as did Togastan or mineral oil, but was less phytotoxic to peas than was Iogastan. Roundup [38641-94-0] at 1.08 kg/ha + I killed couchgrass rhizomes within 5 wk in the greenhouse, but alone failed to suppress their regeneration capacity. I also potentiated the effect of 0.075-0.3 kg Arelon [34123-59-6] and Dicuran [15545-48-9]/ha on Avena fatua, white mustard, and other typical weeds in the greenhouse.
