Besides T-2525 [82547-58-8], the parent compd. of T-2588, T-2525 A [104691-34-1] was detected in serum and urine. Urinary recoveries of T-2525 and T-2525 A were higher in the non-fasting state than in the fasting state. Urinary recoveries of T-2525 and T-2525 A were not affected by multiple administration.In this experiment, several chemicals are used like 82547-81-7 and 75-98-9 Pivalic acid [75-98-9], the metabolite derived from the ester moiety of T-2588, was detected in serum and urine as the free acid or conjugate. 5-Methyl-1H-tetrazole (T-2588 F) [4076-36-2], was detected in urine. .
