E.g., when 8-10 drops of a compn. contg. diethanolamine fusidate 5, neomycin B sulfate [4146-30-9] 5, prednisolone [50-24-8] 2.5 mg, nystatin [1400-61-9] 100,000 IU, and sesame oil to 1.0 g was instilled into the ear canal of dogs with otitis twice daily for 2 weeks 91% of the cases responded satisfactorily.
