Cultiv., 6, 52-3 (English) 1985. CODEN: TACUDC. DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 5 (Agrochemical Bioregulators) Triadimefon [43121-43-3] (0.25 kg/ha) with the addn. of a wetter (Agral [9016-45-9]; 0.3 kg/ha) gave the best protection against rust (Puccinia allii) of leeks and consistently increased yield. The efficacy of other fungicides against rust followed the order: Trimanzone [14484-64-1] (1.7 kg/ha) > triadimefon > Trimanzone + wetter > zineb [12122-67-7] + wetter (1.4 + 0.3 kg/ha) > zineb.

CODEN: TACUDC. DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 5 (Agrochemical Bioregulators) RH 3866 [88671-89-0] treatment (0.006%) gave the healthiest shoots from mildewed buds; it also gave the least primary and secondary mildew (Podosphaera leucotricha) incidences, and showed good antisporulant activity on secondary mildew. Other fungicides tested were binapacryl [485-31-4], triadimefon [43121-43-3], triflumizole [68694-11-1], nuarimol [63284-71-9], and DPX H6573 [85509-19-9]; all these fungicides redued pollen germination and had different effects on shoots.
