DOCUMENT TYPE: Patent CA Section: 58 (Cement, Concrete, and Related Building Materials) The mortar contains 0.1-2.0, preferably 0.3-0.8 wt.% (dry basis), peroxo compd. whose O release is effected immediately upon contact with water or steam. This method permits control of the porosity of the mortar. The addn. of 0.5 wt.% K peroxomonosulfate increased the porosity of mortar to 28%, vs. 20-22% for the addn. of 0.5 wt.% triple salt, and 15% for mortar mixed without additive. .
