(pH 8.0) contg. 0.05 mol of m-fluorophenylpyruvic acid [95041-89-7], glutamic acid, and aspartic acid and reacted with shaking at 30° for 46.5 h. The of m-fluorophenylalanine [456-88-2] was 611 mg; with conversion rate being 95%.
