Similar isotopic O3 expts. with MeSiH3 gave 1207.6 and 1170.6 cm-1 bands. The large O isotopic shifts characterize Si:O stretching vibrations, and the position of this fundamental identifies Me2Si:O and MeSiH:O, resp. .
