Inhibition of dihydrofolate reductase [9002-03-3] from Lactobacillus casei, rat liver, L1210, and Trypanosoma cruzi depended on cycloalkane ring size, with 2,4-diaminocyclododeca[g]pteridine (I) [53274-34-3] being most active. .
