We have developed procedures for qual. and quant. detn. of org. acids, amino acids, sugars, vitamins and fruit pigments in fruit juice and pulp and also used the techniques to monitor the effects of new food-processing technol. 520-91-2 are also occured in this study. The results obtained are discussed on the basis of layer characteristics, the chem. structures of the sepd. compds., and the technol. used to process the food. .
