Example compds. thus prepd. included 5-[[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]methyl]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-7-phenyl-6H -pyrido[4,3-b]-1,5-oxazocin-6-one (I) and 5-[[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]methyl]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-7-phenyl-6H -pyrido[2,3-b]-1,5-oxazocin-6-one (II). 5720-06-9 is just another one chemical used in this study. .
