The related substance were sepd. on Luna C18 column (250 mm ′ 4.6 mm, 5 mm, Phenomenex), and a mobile phase consisted of phosphorate buffer-acetonitrile () adjusted pH to 6.0 with 0.1 mol×L-1 NaOH. The UV detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. The column was in the surrounding temp., and the flow rate was 1.2 mL × min-1. A limit of detection of 0.24 ng, a precision within-day of 0.62% and between day of 1.11% were obtained.
