A method of stretch orienting such films to enhance the cond. parallel to the draw direction to (890 ± 30) S cm-1 was described. This improvement is attributed to orientation of both the crystal and amorphous phases. The samples produced by this method are the first stress oriented predoped polyaniline specimens reported in the literature. .
