DOCUMENT TYPE: Conference CA Section: 1 (Pharmacology) The antitumor activity of oxalato(trans-l-1,2-cyclohexanediamine)platinum(II) (I) [63121-00-6] was compared with cis-diamminedichloroplatinum (cisplatin) using L1210 and P388 mouse leukemias. I was effective at a wide range of doses and superior to cisplatin in increasing survival. I was effective by both a single dose regimen and when it was given for 5 days by i.p.In this experiment, several chemicals are used like 147-94-4 and 53643-48-4 injections. I was markedly active against advanced stages of L1210 leukemia. Combined administration of I with various other antitumor drugs had enhanced antitumor effects against the leukemias studied. .
