A mixt. of these capsules 10, polyether triol (OH no. 35, 80% OH groups primary) 190, TDI 77.4, diethanolamine 2, triethylenediamine 0.5, (ClCH2CH2O)3PO 4, Sn dioctanoate 0.25, and H2O 6 g was poured in an open mold (rise time 83 s) and the foam was cured 1 h at 120° to a flexible, elastic foam with good properties. .
