The absorption of diethylamine salicylate [4419-92-5], often used in conjunction with I in analgesic-antiinflammatory topical prepns., was also detd. for 2 cream formulations and 1 milk formulation, with and without I, using the rabbit skin in vivo. The results are given and discussed in terms of the formulation, drug salt form, and in vivo vs in vitro.
