(Germany). CODEN: GWXXBX. CLASS: IC: B05D005-00; B05D007-04; B05D007-14; C03C017-22; C03C017-34; D21H001-34; C30B007-06; G03G005-082. APPLICATION: DE 83-3304240 8 Feb 1983. PRIORITY: JP 82-18108 9 Feb 1982. DOCUMENT TYPE: Patent CA Section: 74 (Radiation Chemistry, Photochemistry, and Photographic and Other Reprographic Processes) Transparent elec. conductive layers of CuI can be formed on a support for prepg. an electrophotog. photoreceptor by dissolving the CuI in nitrile, such as MeCN, and then coating the soln. on the support which is neither dissolved or swollen by the nitrile. Thus, a gelatin-coated poly(ethylene terephthalate) support was coated with a 3% MeCN soln. of CuI to give a layer contg. 260 mg CuI/m2 and having a surface resistance of 2 ′ 104 W/in.2 at 20° and 60% relative humidity. Upon this transparent conductive layer was then coated a photoconductive compn. contg. poly(vinylcarbazole) 1 g and 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-[4-(N-methyl-N-cyanoethylamino)styryl]thiapyrylium tetrafluoroborate 2.5 mg in CH2Cl2 15 mL to give a 2.9 mm dry layer. The resultant plate was then charged to +280 with a +5 kV corona discharge and the amt. 7681-65-4 and 75-05-8 are just another two chemicals used in this study. of light (Xe lamp; 630 nm) required to decrease the surface potential to 140 V was 162 erg/cm3. .
- Stress effects on excitons bound to neutral acceptors in copper iodide
- Stress effects on excitons bound to neutral acceptors in copper iodide. Sauder, T.; Certier, M. (Groupe Phys. Semicond., Univ. Metz, Metz 57045, Fr.). Phys. Lett. A, 100A(5), 264-8 (English) 1984. 7681-65-4 which is the cas registry number is also used here. CODEN: PYLAAG. ISSN: 0375-9601. DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 73 (Optical, Electron, and Mass Spectroscopy and Other Related Properties) Luminescence spectra of CuI at 1.5 K were studied under uniaxial stress at 0-0.6 kbar. The principal bound-exciton line at 24346 cm-1 splits into 2 components in agreement with the assignment (A0,X) ? (A0). The hydrostatic deformation potential a' and the shear strain deformation potentials b' and d' of the neutral acceptor are: a' = -11 ′ 103 cm-1; b' = -3.6 ′ 103 cm-1; d' = -10.6 ′ 103 cm-1. .
