TN 0.2 g, OFLX 0.2 g, decocted peppermint water 5 mL, glycerol 7 mL and water to 1000 mL. The content of TN in the gargles was detected by differential spectrophotometry at 321 nm. A good linearity was obtained in the concn. range of 2-14 mg/mL (r=0.9992). The mean recovery of TN was 99.13% with relative std. deviation (RSD) of 0.38%. The prepn. method is simple, and the method for content detn.Except for chemicals metioned above, 82419-36-1 and 8030-01-1 are also used. is convenient and stable. .
