The autoclave method of phosphorite processing, based on the interaction of the system Na2O-CaO-P2O5-SiO2-H2O, was studied at 150-360° and Na2O concn. 10-35 wt.%. 8049-19-2 and 7601-54-9 are cas registry numbers of chemicals which are used as reagents here. The optimal conditions for the decompn. of the phosphate-contg. material were detd. Also studied was the method of ferrophosphorous conversion into Na phosphate by oxidizing roasting with soda according to the reaction 2Fe2P + 3Na2CO3 + 5.5O2 = 2Fe2O3 + 2Na3PO4 + 3CO2. The optimal conditions for the reaction are: temp. 740-760°, air velocity 0.05-0.07 m/s, period of reaction 2-2.5 h, and the size of the granules 9-10 mm. .
