Soybean trypsin inhibitors were identified by coelectrophoresis with stds. The allozymes of Sp1 (coding b-amylases) and Ti (coding soybean trypsin inhibitors) were detected by this method. This method is useful for the anal. of the genetic structure of a soybean population. .
