A glass plate was coated with a mixt. contg. 10% II soln. and 0.5% (based on II wt.) ethyl acrylate-Me methacrylate copolymer [9010-88-2] and dried to give a coated plate with excellent resistance to water and stains.

Moldings of a similar compn. with no II had impact strength 12 kg-cm/cm2 if kneaded at 170°, and 162 kg-cm/cm2 if kneaded at 180°.
