The reaction between the ore and HNO3 was completed in 1-1.5 h. Optimal conditions for ore decompn. were: HNO3 30%, 40°, 1-1.5 h, and I 50-100, II 250, or III 250 ppm. Along with the >90% recovery of Mn, the surfactants favored a reaction time decrease by 20%. .
