The curing temp. of the adhesive was 160-190°.

After the NH3 smell disappears, the anal. plate is rinsed with a 1:1:2 mixt. of 10% solns. of FeCl3, K3Fe(CN)6, and water to produce dark-blue stains against a light background. The lower detection limit is 0.005 mg/L. The detn. error is 9.2 ± 1.3%.
