The sensitivities of dialkyl cyclohexanedicarboxylate films to n-pentyl acetate vapor were increased with the increase of carbon no. of the films from C6 to C10. The sensitivities were decreased sharply for the cyclohexanedicarboxylate films contg. C12, C14, C16, and C18 chains. The cyclohexanedicarboxylate with branched C14 chains exhibied the highest sensitivity toward pentyl acetate. The sensitivities of the films contg. 1:1 mixed dialkyl cyclohexanedicarboxylates were also studied. .
