1. Introduction of Levomilnacipran
Levomilnacipran is an active enantiomer of milnacipran and therefore has similar effects and pharmacology, acting as a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. The Systematic name about this chemical is (1R,2S)-2-(aminomethyl)-N,N-diethyl-1-phenylcyclopropanecarboxamide. Besides, it also can be called as (1R,2S)-2-(Aminomethyl)-N,N-diethyl-1-phenylcyclopropanecarboxamide.
