100665-40-5 Usage
Description
Ganoderenic acid A is a triterpenoid originally isolated from G. lucidum that has enzyme inhibitory activities. It is an inhibitor of β-glucuronidase (IC50 = 0.12 mg/ml in rat liver microsomes). Ganoderenic acid A (100 mg/kg) reduces increases in serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in a rat model of liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). It also inhibits aldose reductase by 54.2% when used at a concentration of 100 μg/ml.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 100665-40-5 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,0,0,6,6 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 4 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 100665-40:
(8*1)+(7*0)+(6*0)+(5*6)+(4*6)+(3*5)+(2*4)+(1*0)=85
85 % 10 = 5
So 100665-40-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
