CKI-7 is found to have a potent inhibitory action against casein kinase 1 completely with respect to ATP and a much weaker effect on casein kinase 2 and other protein kinases.
Definition
ChEBI: A member of the class of isoquinolines that is isoquinoline-8-sulfonamide which is substituted by chlorine at position 5 and in which the sulfonamide nitrogen is substituted by a 2-aminoethyl group. It is an inhibitor of casein kinase I.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 120615-25-0 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,2,0,6,1 and 5 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 2 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 120615-25:
(8*1)+(7*2)+(6*0)+(5*6)+(4*1)+(3*5)+(2*2)+(1*5)=80
80 % 10 = 0
So 120615-25-0 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
