Paragraph 0032; 0033; 0034; 0035; 0036; 0037; 0038-0093, (2017/04/29)
The invention relates to the field of amide nucleating agents, and discloses a preparation method of N,N'-dicyclohexylterephthalamide. The method is characterized in that dimetyl terephthalate reacts with cyclohexylamine in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate and pyridine to generate N,N'-dicyclohexylterephthalamide represented by formula (I). The N,N'-dicyclohexylterephthalamide represented by formula (I), prepared through the method, has the advantages of easiness in separation, high yield, good purity, environment protection facilitation, and suitableness for large-scale industrial production.

Paragraph 0019-0021; 0025-0033; 0037-0039, (2018/02/04)
The invention discloses a production method for an amide nucleating agent; the production method includes organic acyl chloride and organic amine are subjected to a reflux reaction in a reaction medium to obtain the nucleating agent, wherein the reaction medium is selected from pyridine and derivatives thereof, the molar ratio of an acyl chloride group of the organic acyl chloride to an amine group of the organic amine is 1:1.0-1.5, and the amount of the reaction medium accounts for 30-60 wt% of the total amount of the organic acyl chloride, the organic amine and the reaction medium. According to the production method, the reaction medium selected from pyridine and the derivatives thereof is used, the yield of the product is improved, the reaction time is shortened, the amount of the reaction medium is reduced, and the production cost of the amide beta nucleating agent can be substantially reduced. At the same time, because other solvents are not introduced in the reaction process, recovery and repeated use of the reaction medium are facilitated, the intensity of the operating quantity in the production process is reduced, the treatment difficulty of waste liquid discharge is reduced, and environmental protection and generation of significant social benefits and economic benefits are facilitated.
