193079-69-5 Usage
Uses
NN703 (Tabimorelin) is an orally active growth hormone (GH) secretagogue intended for use as an alternative to daily injections of GH. In vitro studies in human liver microsomes have indicated that NN703 is a mechanism-based inhibitor of CYP3A4.
Biological Activity
Potent, orally active ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist (K i = 50 nM at human recombinant GHS-R1a). Stimulates GH release from rat pituitary cells with an EC 50 value of 2.7 nM. Induces hyperphagia and adiposity in lean rats, but not in leptin signaling-deficient ZDF rats.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 193079-69-5 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,9,3,0,7 and 9 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 6 and 9 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 193079-69:
(8*1)+(7*9)+(6*3)+(5*0)+(4*7)+(3*9)+(2*6)+(1*9)=165
165 % 10 = 5
So 193079-69-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.
