The invention discloses a synthetic method of di-n-butyl bis (acetylacetonate) tin. The synthetic method includes the steps: 1) mixing acetylacetonate, di-n-butyl tin compounds and solvents, and performing reflow reaction without the action of a catalyst; 2) cooling materials to reach indoor temperature after the reflow reaction is completed, removing the solvents and unreacted acetylacetonate ina pressure reduction and distillation manner to obtain the di-n-butyl bis (acetylacetonate) tin. The invention provides a novel production method suitable for the di-n-butyl bis (acetylacetonate) tinof industrial synthesis. The method has the advantages that the method is simple in process, low in device requirement, mild in reaction condition, high in yield and atom economy and environmentally friendly, and industrial production is easily achieved. The acquired di-n-butyl bis (acetylacetonate) tin is free from solvent and raw material residue and is high in quality.
