Usage

General Description

2-Chloroquinolin-5-ol is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C9H6ClNO. It is an organic compound that consists of a quinoline core with a chlorine atom and a hydroxyl group attached to it. It is a yellow crystalline solid with a melting point of 196-198°C. 2-Chloroquinolin-5-ol is used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. TAU IMAGING PROBE

An object of the present invention is to provide a probe for imaging a β-sheet structure protein which can be used for the diagnosis of conformational diseases, particularly disease (tauopathy) having a cardinal symptom such as intracerebral accumulation of tau protein, for example, Alzheimer's disease.
