14414-90-5 Usage
General Description
Strontium phosphate is a chemical compound composed of strontium and phosphate ions in a 1:2 ratio. It is a white, crystalline solid that is insoluble in water and alcohols. Strontium phosphate has a wide range of industrial applications, including its use as a raw material for the production of ceramic materials, as a component in dental cements, and as a flame retardant in plastics. In the field of medicine, strontium phosphate has potential applications in bone tissue engineering due to its biocompatible and osteoconductive properties. It is also used in the production of scintillator materials for radiation detection and imaging. Additionally, strontium phosphate is used in the manufacturing of glass and in the production of fluorescent tubes and television screens.
Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 14414-90-5 includes 8 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 5 digits, 1,4,4,1 and 4 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 0 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 14414-90:
(7*1)+(6*4)+(5*4)+(4*1)+(3*4)+(2*9)+(1*0)=85
85 % 10 = 5
So 14414-90-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

We recently described the medicinal chemistry of a new series of heteroaryl-4-oxopyridine/7-oxopyrimidines as CB2 receptor partial agonists, showing that the functionality of these ligands is controlled by the nature of the heteroaryl function condensed with the pyridine ring. We describe herein the design and synthesis of the 7-oxopyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6- carboxamides, structural isomers of our previously reported pyrazolo[3,4-b] pyridines. All of the new compounds showed high affinity and selectivity for the CB2 receptor in the nanomolar range. In 3,5-cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) assays, the novel series shows stimulatory effects on forskolin-induced cAMP production acting as inverse agonists.
