Exportin-1 is a protein that mediates nuclear trafficking of proteins, and Eltanexor can inhibit its function, leading to the disruption of protein transport and the suppression of cancer cell growth.Uses
Used in Pharmaceutical Industry:Eltanexor is used as an anti-leukemic agent for the development of treatments for acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
