The disclosed composition can control or inhibit the synthesis of melanin by acting on a melanin synthesis route of α-MSH secreted by UV, and thus show an excellent whitening effect compared to a conventional skin whitening cosmetic. Also, the composition has high formulation stability and low skin irritation.
