Synthesis method of ethyl hydrazino-acetate hydrochloride

The invention discloses a synthesis method of ethyl hydrazino-acetate hydrochloride. The synthesis method comprises following steps: step one, in a pressure vessel, taking ethyl glyoxalate as the primary raw material, and carrying out reactions between ethyl glyoxalate and hydrazine hydrate in a solvent for 30 minutes to 5 hours to prepare ethyl hydrazo-acetate; step two, after reactions of the step one, adding a catalyst into the reaction solution, carrying out reactions for 0.5 to 24 hours at a reaction temperature of 20 to 100 DEG C to obtain ethyl hydrazino-acetate; and step three, carrying out salt forming reactions to obtain the target product namely ethyl hydrazino-acetate hydrochloride. The used reagents and solvents all meet the common industrial standards. The synthesis method issuitable for industrial large-scale production, generates little environmental pollution, and does not generate a large amount of wastewater, waste solids, and waste gas, furthermore, the operation is very safe, the post treatment is simple and easy to perform, the yield is high, and the cost is low. Reactions of two steps are carried out in one pot, and the production becomes easy.
