The invention relates to a synthesis method of imidazo[1, 2-b]pyridazine-3-carbonitrile. The method includes: taking 3-aminopyridazine, DMF-DMA and bromoacetonitrile as the raw material, with the amount of 3-aminopyridazine and the amount of DMF-DMA being in a ratio of 1:0.9-3.1, and the amount of 3-aminopyridazine and the amount of bromoacetonitrile being in a ratio of 1:1.0-3.5, in an appropriate solvent and under the action of alkali, carrying out continuous reaction at 45-170DEG C to generate imidazo[1, 2-b]pyridazine-3-carbonitrile crude product, and performing purification to obtain an imidazo[1, 2-b]pyridazine-3-carbonitrile pure product. According to the invention, the raw materials are easily available and reasonable in price, also heavy metal and corrosive gas are not involved in the preparation reaction, the reaction is mild and has no special requirement for the reaction equipment, and common corrosion resistant equipment can realize production. In addition, the reaction conditions of the method involved in the invention are moderate.
