The invention relates to the technical field of sulfonation reaction, in particular to a micro-channel continuous heterogeneous sulfonation reaction device and method. The device comprises a raw material liquid tank, a metering constant-flux pump, a micro-channel strong mixer, a heating heat exchanger, a sulfonation micro-channel reaction unit, a cooling heat exchanger and a liquid storage tank which are sequentially connected in series, wherein a back pressure valve is arranged on a pipeline between the cooling heat exchanger and the liquid storage tank; the lower end of the liquid storage tank is connected with the raw material liquid tank through a return pipeline, an adjusting discharging valve is arranged at the end, connected with the liquid storage tank, of the return pipeline, thenitrogen cylinder is connected with a connecting pipeline between the metering advection pump and the micro-channel strong mixer through a first gas pipeline, and the nitrogen cylinder is connected with the raw material liquid tank through a second gas pipeline. Sodium sulfite is used as a sulfonating agent, so that the problem of mixed mass transfer can be effectively solved, the reaction time can be greatly shortened, the safety is ensured, the reaction conversion rate and selectivity are improved on the basis of an intermittent process, and a new way is provided for sulfonation reaction.

The invention discloses a preparation method for alpha-benzene methane sulfonic acid derivative with optical activity. The preparation method comprises the following steps: Step A: mixing a sodium thiocyanate aqueous solution with compound (I) to react, carrying out postprocessing after reaction is finished to obtain a compound (II); Step B: mixing the compound (II), acetic acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, carrying out oxidation reaction after hydrogen peroxide is added, and carrying out postprocessing after reaction is finished to obtain the alpha-benzene methane sulfonic acid derivative. According to the preparation method, the sodium thiocyanate is adopted as an reaction reagent, reaction yield is effectively improved, and meanwhile, preparation method is simple in operation, is friendly to environment and is easy in carrying out industrial production.

Optically active 1-phenylethanesulfonic acid was found to be an efficient resolving agent for the optical resolution and asymmetric transformation of DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine.When DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was resolved by the fractional crystallization of its diastereomeric salt with (+)-1-phenylethanesulfonic acid, less soluble D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine (+)-1-phenylethanesulfonate was obtained in a good yield.Soluble L-HPG*(+)-PES was easily epimerized into DL-HPG*(+)-PES by heating it at 100 deg C in glacial acetic acid in the presence of a small amount of salicylaldehyde.Under such epimerizing conditions, the asymmetric transformation of DL-HPG*(+)-PES was attempted by simultaneously combining the fractional crystallization of the less soluble D-HPG*(+)-PES and the epimerization of the soluble L-HPG*(+)-PES.This asymmetric tranformation was achieved succesfully; that is, 80percent of the DL-HPG used as the starting material was converted into D-HPG.
