in the system of hcfc-141b as blowing agent, silibase-2892 makes good compatibility and fluidity of hcfc-141b and polyether polyols, and allows the foam density distribution to be extremely uniform. meanwhile, silibase-2892 has an excellent effect in stabilizing foam, minimizing empty hole phenomenon under the surface, is a ideal foam stabilizer for freon-free premixed polyether.

how to use

use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts silibase-2892 per 100 polyols are suggested. the optimum dosage is determined by the particular formulation.
