it is an effective wipe/brush application iron phosphate coating chemical formulated for the treatment of iron, steel and zinc (galvanize) metals that are going to be painted. especially it prepares an excellent surface prior to powder coating. degreasing, rust removal, passivation, and phosphating in one step.

what is the purpose of surface treatment

the main reason to use surface treatment is to improve the efficiency of dry or powder paint coatings. a proper surface treatment provides corrosion resistance and good adhesion between surface and paint. pretreatment of metals is much more important than subsequent applications.
