5-Amino-4,6-dichloro-2-methylpyrimidine Specification

The 5-Amino-4,6-dichloro-2-methylpyrimidine, with the CAS registry number 39906-04-2, is also known as 2-Methyl-4,6-dichloro-5-aminopyrimidine. Uses of 5-Amino-4,6-dichloro-2-methylpyrimidine: it can be used to produce 4-chloro-6-methoxy-2-methyl-pyrimidin-5-ylamine at ambient temperature. This reaction will need reagent NaOMe with reaction time of 12 hours. The yield is about 97%.
