Bacillus subtilis neutral protease Uses

Bacillus subtilis neutral protease (9001-92-7) is mainly used for the production of hydrolyzed protein, such as condensed fish protein, amino acids, seasonings and so on. And it is mainly used for cold of beer (beer hydrolysis of proteins, to avoid tobe turbid after being cold), bakery products (to reduce dough mixing time; hydrolysis of gluten dough in order to increase flexibility; to prevent the soda biscuit dough sheet into the oven when the curl ; improve the flavor of bread); meat softening (hydrolysis of muscle protein and collagen, so that meat tenderization), etc..

Bacillus subtilis neutral protease Production

Bacillus subtilis neutral protease (9001-92-7) can be derived by using warm water for extract with animals, fish and crustacean muscles or internal organs; or by training liquid of some Aspergillus and other filamentous fungi (Aspergillus melleus, Asp.niger, Asp.oryzae, Asp.saitoi, Asp. Sojae, Monascus pilosus, Monascuspurpureus, Mucor circinelloides, Mucor iavanicus, Mucor miehei, mucor rouxii, Penicillium citrium, P.duponti, Rhizomucor miehei, Rhizopus chinensis, Rhizopus delemar, Rhizopus niveus, Rhizopusoryzae), the burden of fungus (Pycnoporus coccineus), actinomycetes ( Streptomyces), bacteria (Bacillus amyloliquefacieus, B.coagulans J 4, B.1entus, B.1icheniformis, B.polymixa, B. Stearothermophilus, B.subtilis, B.thermoproteolyticus, PseudoTt ~ onas paucimobilis) and yeast (Saccharomyces), with water at room temperature following extraction, sterilization and condensation, and then at room temperature, purification with resin.
