The production method of this chemical is as below: Before the reaction, prepare the material of 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid, ethanediamine, tetrachlorobenzenequinone, tripolyylchlorocyano, m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid. Firstly, condense the 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid and ethanediamine, and then restore its nitro; Secondly, condense with tetrachlorobenzenequinone to get azine intermediate; Thirdly, let azine intermediate condense with cyanuric chloride and then condense with metanilic acid to get the crude; Finally, go through a list process of salting out, filtering, drying to get the products.
As to its usage, it is widely applied in many ways. It could be used in dyeing and printing of cotton, fibre fabric and also used in one-bath dyeing of T/C,P/C, and blend fabric to get the cobalt blue with good high-temperature stability.
