VER-155008 is used as a heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) inhibitor for various applications in the pharmaceutical industry. It has been utilized to study its effects on human embryonic kidney 293 (HEK293T) cells, providing insights into the role of Hsp70 in cell proliferation and survival. Additionally, VER-155008 has been employed to study its effects on viral mRNA synthesis and protein expression in Vero E6 cells, which can contribute to the development of antiviral therapies. Furthermore, VER-155008 has been used to determine its effects on the attenuation of seizures in rats, suggesting its potential use in the treatment of neurological disorders.

Biological Activity
