The invention relates to a preparation method of thiazepine sodium, in particular to a method for efficiently synthesizing thiazepine sodium by taking 3-chloro-6-methyl dibenzo [c, f] [1, 2] thiazepine-11 (6H)-ketone-5, 5-dioxide and 7-amino heptonitrile as raw materials through two steps of reduction reaction and hydrolysis reaction. The preparation method of the thiazepristine sodium provided bythe invention is a preparation method which is high in yield, low in cost, less in three wastes, good in product purity and suitable for industrialization.

The invention also encompasses isolation of an essentially non-hygroscopic compound which is substantially pure.
