Disclosed is a method for producing a 2,3-dihydropyridazine compound represented by the formula (2) below wherein a salt made from a bromoacetic acid and an amine compound is reacted with a pyridazine compound represented by the formula (1) below. (In the formula (1), R1, R2 and R3 may be the same as or different from one another and respectively represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group which may be substituted with a halogen atom, an alkenyl group which may be substituted with a halogen atom, an alkoxy group which may be substituted with a halogen atom, an alkylthio group, an alkylsulfenyl group, an alkylsulfonyl group or a dialkylamino group.)
