Synthesis and fungicidal activity of new fluorine-containing mandelic acid amide compounds
A series of novel fluorine-containing mandelic acid amide compounds were designed and synthesized by a facile method, and their structures were characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and high-resolution mass spectrometry. The preliminary in vivo bioassays indicated that some of the title compounds showed excellent fungicidal activities in vivo against Pseudoperonospora cubensis at the dosage of 25 mg L-1, which were comparable with the control (Mandipropamid).
