- Acetylacetoneacetylacetonetriphenyl phosphine carbonyl and rhodium synthesis process
-
An acetylacetonetriphenyl phosphine carbonyl and rhodium synthesis process comprises the following steps: 1, heating a rhodium chloride trihydrate crystalline powder material at an atmosphere of carbon monoxide, until gradual reaction, sublimation, condensation, and gradual generation of orange red needle crystals, i.e., tetracarbonyl dichloride; 2, based on weight by parts, dissolving a mixture of 2-3 parts of tetracarbonyl dichloride, 5-7 parts of acetylacetone, and 7-9 parts of barium carbonate into 125-135 parts of petroleum ether, heating reflux for a week, and then cooling and filtering; evaporating the filtered liquid to remove the solution so as to obtain crystal having dichroism of red and green, i.e., acetylacetone carbonyl and rhodium; and 3, dropping a benzene solution of acetylacetone carbonyl and rhodium slowly into a benzene solution of triphenyl phosphine, filtering the reaction liquid when carbon monoxide bubbles are no longer generated, and washing a filter cake with sufficient diethyl ether to obtain yellow microcrystal, i.e., acetylacetonetriphenyl phosphine carbonyl and rhodium.
