The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking 3-fluoro-4-chlorobromobenzene as a raw material, and preparing 3-fluoro-4-chlorophenylboronic acid through Grignard reaction; carrying out Suzuki coupling reaction on the 3-fluoro-4-chlorophenylboronic acid and 2, 4'-difluorobromobenzene to obtain a key intermediate 4'-chloro-2, 4, 3'-trifluoro-biphenyl; and carrying out Suzuki coupling reaction on the intermediate and 4-alkylphenylboronic acid to a to obtain the liquid crystal monomer. The synthesis route adopts cheap raw materials, a final product is prepared through conventional reactions, the production cost is low, large-scale production is facilitated, and the preparation method has a very high application prospect.
