The compound disclosed by the invention has anortho-aryl substituted triarylamine structure; the triarylamine structure has very high migration efficiency on holes; meanwhile, the evaporation temperature of the ortho-aryl substituted compound isobviously reduced, the compound can keep good thermodynamic stability while the evaporation temperature is reduced, the ortho-substituent group can provide a protection effect on the arylamine center, and the ortho-aryl substituted compound has a good effect on the service life of the material. The compounds of the present invention are suitable for use as hole transport layers in OLED devices.
